Mist is a residential community in New Cairo, designed in collaboration with the M Squared Development team. Apartment buildings and townhouses are set around a chain of landscaped lakes, with a lakeside pavilion, shaded walkways and a running track through the gardens. Façades combine light stone, timber-toned panels and glass balconies; inside, the homes are open and bright, and parking is underground with electric car charging.
